When P. Mars made contact with the natal picture in the summer of 1977 she was either working on "The Other Side of Midnight" or it was released. In a scene in that movie, she falls out of a window while trying to escape. She did her own stunts.
This is why astrological prediction is difficult. Astrology often makes things look worse on paper. Very scary looking pictures correspond with situations from which you'll survive.
