Pluto and Hades have been only minutes apart by antiscia for the past few days. The exact contact was on Weds. March 18, 2009. On Thurs. the chief officer of AIG was grilled by congress regarding bonus compensation and the House on March 19 voted 328-93 in favor of imposing a 90 percent tax on bonuses, including the $165 million paid by insurer AIG.
Pluto and Hades are only 3 minutes from exact today, March 23rd. The US government is announcing a plan to buy toxic assets (a great delineation for Pluto/Hades!) from the banks and encourage investors to do the same.
