A thought about Natasha Richardson. She had a natal picture of Saturn with Hades & Zeus. This was the indication of a problem with a vacation or a hotel. She's probably had dozens of perfectly nice vacations, but this one catastrophic event was the manifestation of the natal picture. The only point triggering it off was Hades.
By transit Uranus in Pisces was square the moon in Sag & by progression she had Mars=Neptune (64H/exact).
