Bernard Madoff's natal chart has Pluto=Saturn/Uranus (22 1/2 approx 20' orb) no matter what time of day he was born.
I couldn't see a Pluto transit corresponding to the event. The most apparent transit was Uranus in Pisces opposite natal Neptune in Virgo.

Carolyn Kennedy has natal Kronos=Saturn/Uranus, almost exact by 22 1/2. Stationing Saturn is only a degree away and will make an exact contact in February. At the very least, considering her for the Senate seat will cause heated debate. Considering that transit, I doubt she'll get it.
