In my opinion, Juno usually corresponds with decoration, building, enhancement of appearance. It shows up in the 10th houses of in other professional pictures of designers like Armani, Bill Blass and Coco Chanel and it shows up in people's charts when they are painting, furnishing, etc.
But when the raid on the polygamist compound occured on April 4th & 5th, the symbolism that appeared was Venus in Pisces square Juno in Sag (exact on April 5th). The Pisces/Sag combination very much described the victimization of these young girls in a religious environment. And the interpretation of Juno as the bride and female helplessness worked in this instance.
