Kaine has natal Kronos=Jupiter/Uranus, with transiting Jupiter hitting the picture on election day.

It's a good picture, even a lucky picture, but not 100% straightforward (of course, everything is complicated, right?)  His whole picture is
Kronos=Neptune=Node=Hades on the Jupiter/Uranus midpoint

He's got a great record on mental and physical health care in Virginia.

Unfortunately, he's got Saturn=Kronos in his his current (election) SR.

Another wild card is his natal moon....if he's born very late in the day, transiting Saturn is opposite his natal moon.

But this astrologer is holding onto that 'lucky' looking natal Kronos=Jupiter/Uranus
Luck with government.

Bernie Sanders has the same natal picture.  I think he became Mayor of Burlington when the progression hit.  His luck didn't take him to the tippity top in the primary, but he came very, very far, And he may wind up with a better government job than he's got now.

On the problem side:

Saturn=Kronos in his current SR (2/2016)
Kronos=Saturn/Uranus next SR (2/2017)
Trump has this in his natal chart.  So far we've seen divisiveness in government.  It could get (much) worse than that.

Another wild card is Kaine's natal Moon..if he's born very late in the day, transiting Saturn is opposite his natal moon.


And transiting South Node in Pisces hits his Sun shortly after election.
