Pluto transit and Bitcoins

I'm not sure I understand Bitcoins, but the Winklevoss Twins are waiting for government approval for a stock market entity and here's what their charts say:

Both have Vulcanus=Jupiter=Uranus with T. Pluto stationing on Vulcanus (=Jupiter/Uranus).

Jupiter/Uranus is a lucky pop and Vulcanus adds the force.
