I've been trying to stick to 'major' aspects (22 1/2 or greater) because for many people these midpoint and planetary pictures seem convoluted enough, even by major aspect.
I don't use a dial any more, but i do use a midpoint sort--just another format for a dial.
Those little bitty dots on a dial are there for a reason: THEY WORK.
So the 64the Harmonic (64H)=5.375 degrees. That's one quarter of 22 1/2. That's 1/64th of 360.
This woman had it natally, but when it's REALLY helpful is in a solar return, when you're trying to predict the events of the year. When you know what you're looking for--like the sun/moon midpoint for relationship info--you are FAR more likely to see it with the 64th.
