Pisces decanant of the Sun (maybe even duod)
Natal North Node of Saturn conjunct N. Sun
This one is interesting. North Node Chiron antiscia Juno. I went looking for something medical connected with Juno picture because she was abducted by someone dressed in a nurse outfit. The other Juno picture was Juno=Cupido=Hades which is not so specific to health/nursing.
The surprise was that her most outstanding Neptune picture (apart from close opposition to Mercury and wide opposition to Venus) was exactly on antiscia of Uranus (Uranus/Neptune=Aries) and Ceres (Neptune/Ceres=Aries). Andd Uranus is conjunct Ceres exactly.
The midpoints do tell more of the story--Neptune=Node=Mars/Hades. That's the crime in the hospital. We don't know the orb but it's not more than 14'.
