John Updike died today. I've never read anything he's written but
because of the title "Rabbit" I guessed there was some Virgo in his chart, and he did have the south node in Virgo.
His Mercury pictures seem to symbolize his disease: lung cancer. He had natal Mercury=Saturn=Neptune=Hades=Admetos (64H/13')
All these points were within only 13' of each other.
From the Rodden data, the Mercury symbolism in the charts of some other victims of this disease have some but not all of those components:
Mercury=Uranus=Hades=Aries (also=Saturn/Neptune)
Mercury=Mars=Aries
Mercury/Neptune=Aries
Mercury=Saturn
These Mercury pictures (Mercury=Admetos, Mercury=Neptune, Mercury=Saturn) were also found in the charts of Alzeimers' victims, another Mercury disease.
