The new moon in Pisces with Uranus almost always corresponds with some covert activity involving technology. Eliot Spitzer's sun at 19 degrees Gemini was squared by the new moon/Uranus combo and on the day of the full moon Gov. was caught on a federal wiretap arranging to meet with a high-priced prostitute.
Spitzer (DOB 6/10/1959 no time given) has a Venus/Mars/Neptune picture close to the sun. That's the picture for infidelity.
It looks like he'd like to stay in office but both Saturn and Uranus opposition will square Spitzer's sun and contacting his Mars for almost a year. Doesn't sound like he'll be able to stay.
And with Saturn and Uranus transiting his Venus/Mars/Neptune picture, his personal life doesn't sound like a picnic either.
