Steve Erwin died when T. Neptune was 44' from his Saturn/Uranus midpoint. (The other transits he had were T. Chiron conjunct Saturn and T. Neptune conjunct true south node.

I don't think that all contacts of Neptune to the Saturn/Uranus midpoint are fatal.

During past Saturn/Neptune contacts, issues concerning the health of the elderly have been in the news.

In July 2001, the House Government Reform Committee's Special Investigations Division issued a report which found that in the previous two years, over 30 percent of nursing homes in the U.S. were cited for a physical, sexual, or verbal abuse violation that had the potential to harm residents. Even more striking, the report found that nearly 10 percent of nursing homes had violations that caused actual harm to residents.

In the world, the contact sometimes corresponds to the dissolution of structures. The Berlin Wall came down during a conjunction of Saturn and Neptune in Capricorn (2 degrees 15' orb).

There is also a correspondence with droughts and water shortages and other problems with water. But these problems also occur when there are no Saturn/Neptune contacts.

SATURN/PLUTO
Although by transit there is often some financial delay or even some problem, it shows up in the natal charts of some wealthy people.

hen T. Saturn conjuncts the North Node, the sign is significant. When Saturn stationed on her North Node in Virgo, a client got a new boss who was a germaphobe & wouldn't shake hands. (He didn't have a small job either; he was the president of a huge media company.)

No observational evidence for this.

SATURN/JUNO
Not much evidence. When Saturn stationed with my Juno by semisquare, I had some previously visible teeth pulled and a very, very bad haircut.
